Gambit and Gambit Online
Editorial Staff
The Gambit editorial staff is made up of student editors representing each genre of the publication. Their job is to look for quality, content, originality, and creativity in student work. Faculty advisors, representing each genre as well, work with student editors to ensure only the best work is showcased in each publication.

Editor - Greg Fischer
I am a graduate student in English and your 2010-11 fearless leader of the student-creative writing journal, Gambit, as well as Gambit Online. I'm looking forward to reading (and re-reading) all of your submissions in fiction, poetry, and drama this year. We're also welcoming submissions in video, music, and art for our website which will launch this semester. If you have creative work that is collecting dust, bring it to the sun.

Fiction Editor - Sean Neuerburg
"Writing is easy. You only need to stare at a piece of blank paper until your forehead bleeds." --Douglas Adams
I am fiction editor for Gambit and a graduate student in English with a concentration in creative writing.

Poetry Editor- Jordan Kelt
Hello, Gambit fans and readers. My name is Jordan Kelt. I am attending the masters program in creative writing at Southeastern. I love, read, and write poetry, and I am looking forward to seeing your poetry this semester.
Drama Editor - Brandon Bender
Salutations reader. As a lover of literature, solemn adventurer, and an occasional thespian, it is my pleasure to aid Gambit in its dramatic efforts. I am currently working on a masters degree in English, while having the distinct pleasure of being a writing consultant at the Southeastern Writing Center. Submit your scripts and screenplays; help me unearth a brilliant treasure this semester!

Art, Music, and Video Editor - Anthony Dollinger
I am a graduate student at Southeastern and the art, music, and video editor for Gambit. I am both a writer and musician and enjoy a wide variety of art and an eclectic collection of movies. On occasion, these combine in a conflagration the likes of which seen only in post apocalyptic and zombie films. I am also an assistant to the online production of Gambit.

Assistant Editor: Fiction- Aubrey Poole
My name is Aubrey Poole and I am the assistant fiction editor on Gambit. This is my first year in the graduate program here at Southeastern. I'm working toward a MA in English, concentrating in Creative Writing. I graduated from LSU with a BA in Psychology in 2005. I then enrolled in LSU's Paralegal Studies Program, where I earned my certification in 2007. After working as a paralegal for several miserable years, I decided the legal field was not for me and I needed to change professions. I gathered the courage to return to school (again!) in order to pursue a career that involves my real passion, writing. I look forward to working on Gambit this year and hope that everyone who enjoys creative writing and would like to see their work published in Southeastern's creative writing journal will submit their efforts to the Gambit staff.

Assitant Editor: Poetry- Grace Jones
I am a Creative Writing Graduate student. I enjoy writing poetry, historical fiction for young adults, and children’s chapter books. My favorite authors are C.S. Lewis, Louisa May Alcott and John Keats. To relax, I love swimming, rock climbing, playing the piano and writing.

Assistant Editor: Video,Music, and Art- Jennifer Rodriguez
Hi! My name is Jenn and I'm a junior Visual Arts major. I'm going to be acting as asst. editor for the art and music section of Gambit this semester. I hope to concentrate my major in Photography. I love art, creative writing and music so I think I will thoroughly enjoy this position. I can't wait to see what submissions are in store!!!
