Most camp instructors are Southeastern faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, and certified teachers.

Deadlines ...

The deadline to register for all camps is two weeks prior to the camp starting date. After the deadline, we many not be able to add additional campers, although you are welcome to ask. We reserve the right to cancel any camp that has less than the required minimum number of campers by the established deadline. If a camp is cancelled, you will be notified and your money refunded. However, there is no refund if you withdraw your child later than two weeks prior to camp, since materials and supplies will already have been ordered and salary committments made.

Special needs ...
Campers who require special arrangements because of disabilities or other problems must notify Continuing Education in writing no later than two weeks prior to the start of the camp.

Behavior Policy ...
Campers in all Southeastern summer day camps are expected to listen and behave responsibly and respectfully toward university staff, instructors, other campers, and university property. Students who fail to live up to these expectations may be removed from the camp without a refund of their registration fee and may be assessed the additional cost for any property damage they may cause.

What to bring ...
Unless otherwise stipulated, campers should plan to bring their own lunch and snacks each day and dress appropriately for some outside activities. Campers are responsible for anything they bring to camp with them, including lunch boxes, books, games, etc.  The university is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
