Southeastern open Monday-Thursday during summer

    NSA – Southeastern Louisiana University has implemented a four-day work week for the summer through August 8.  During the period, the university is operating on a 10-hour workday, Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Northshore School of The Arts:   

 

  • University-level credit at Southeastern Louisiana University for high school juniors and seniors with subsidized tuition 
  • A professional, afternoon and evening program where  students work with university faculty and other professional artists in their field in small groups
  • Advanced course work, state-of-the-art equipment and facilities
  • Satellite centers at the St.Tammany Center in Mandeville and the Livingston Literacy and Technology Center in Walker, in addition to the main campus in Hammond
  • Non-credit Summer Workshops for all high school students

 
Through inspiration, example, and guidance, Southeastern's Northshore School of the Arts faculty in the areas of Art, Music and Theatre guide artists of tomorrow in this exciting program. The NSA gives qualified students a chance to experience college level arts classes while in high school and get a head start on their college curriculum.
