Course Overview:
An introduction to the process of recording moving images with video cameras and the principles of effective lighting techniques. Students will learn the fundamentals of composing shots for particular purposes, as well as how to properly light the subject in order to obtain the desired result. Students will also learn how to utilize basic camera functions and how to prepare video for post-production. Basic audio principles will also be covered.
