This class is designed to enhance fitness by focusing on muscle strength and endurance. The benefits of weight bearing exercise include muscle endurance, strength, calories burned, and increased bone density! Designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Taught by AFAA certified instructor, Sarah Clifton with 24 years experience teaching in the fitness industry.

Students are not considered registered until payment has been receivedand payment is due no later than the beginning of the first class. If students register on-line and prefer to pay by check you must make arrangements to pay the Extended Studies Office prior to the first night of class. If a student is not properly registered they will not be allowed to participate in class.
A prospective student may be a guest for one class session for an $8.00 guest fee. Enrollment is required if participant wishes to attend future sessions and the paid guest fee will apply to the full session registration fee.
Once a student registers, pays for the course, and attends one session, they are considered enrolled for the session and no refund can be made.
Anyone enrolling after the mid-point of the session will be required to pay one-half of the session fee regardless of how many classes are remaining in the session.
