Course Overview:

 

The goal of this course is to prepare the student to build and modify a project schedule, which will assist them in managing their projects. In this instructor-led course, students will be led with through the precess of building and modifying a schedule using hands-on exercises.

 

These exercises include:

  • adding tasks
  • organizing these tasks in a work breakdown structure (WBS)
  • sequencing (adding task relationship)
  • creating and assigning resources
  • organizing project information
  • updating the schedule
  • generating reports
