CMS Ensembles
One semester includes 10 one-hour classes, beginning one week later than the regular CMS session.
CMS Choir
Monday at 4:00pm
This group is designed for young singers, ages 6-12, to develop and improve singing skills while learning basic musicianship. There is no previous choral experience necessary, and there are several performances throughout the year.
Fiddling Group Class 
Friday at 5:00pm
Instructor: Jivka Jeleva
Students who wish to participate in this class should have already had four semesters of private violin lessons.Fiddling offers the opportunity to explore the folk music tradition of our country and of other countries. It is also an exhilarating change of pace in one’s musical journey.
Beginning Violin Group Class
Saturday at 10:30am

The class is open to students, 7 years of age and older including adults of any age. Students must have their own instrument. This class is designed to lay the foundations of violin playing, music reading and basic music theory, while developing ensemble skills, listening skills, and social interaction through playing with others.

These classes teach music reading, chords playing, improvisation, and technique development; everything one might need to know in order to play the music they like. The classes are suitable for complete beginner pianists who are currently in high school as well as adults of any age.
Livingston Center Campus

This is a great sounding ensemble, bringing tremendous enjoyment to its members and audience. The ensemble is suitable for any adult who has ever played a wind instrument regardless of their level of experience.

Chamber music is often regarded as the most rewarding of all musical literature to perform. As an educational tool, it provides fine-tuning of rhythmic, intonation and communication skills as well as stylistic guidance from faculty coaches.
