Graphic Design

The Graphic Design program is modeled on professional graphic design practice. Students develop an ability to generate ideas, manipulate images, use various design methods, and understand the changing technology of reproduction processes.
Coursework explores the conception to completion creative process, communications theory and design history, and organizing and managing complex design projects in addition to illustration, typography, and digital imaging. Students are introduced to a range of design specialization, such as corporate identity, print design, environmental design, internet design, and motion graphics.
Our digital facility features professional software, networked workstations, computer peripherals, and two large-format color printers.
