Ernest Milsted
Printmaking

Ernest Milsted earned a B.A. from Nicholls State University in 2002, and an M.F.A. in Printmaking from the University of Notre Dame in 2006.
At Notre Dame, he was awarded the Kaneb Center for Learning’s Outstanding Graduate Student Teacher Award; and The Snite Museum of Art awarded him the Walter R. Beardsley Award (Best in Show) for his thesis project. His most current work involves video installations and screen-prints that reflect an investigation of the human condition.
He has exhibited his work in regional, national, and international exhibitions and is an active member of the Southern Graphics Council.
