Please note criteria for consideration for progression to nursing coursework on application.
Initial all required boxes and sign completed form.
All applications must be returned to Hammond campus, KHS 1009, in person.
NO emailed or mailed applications are accepted.
Deadlines as indicated: February 1st for summer (accelerated option) and fall (regular option) and September 15th for Spring progression.
This excel sheet is offered as a tool to help you calculate your cumulative GPA on the courses required prior to progression to nursing coursework. This is a tool only, and should not be considered "official," but as a tool to facilitate your making the best decisions about progression. Please consult with your assigned advisor (found on the Advising Page of SON web) for any questions or concerns about your cumulative GPA on required degree pre-requisite courses.
