Orchestral Alumni
Southeastern Louisiana University’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts takes great
pride in the success of our string program graduates. Many of our alumni have won
full-time positions with professional orchestras throughout the nation and around
the world. Others continue their education by winning graduate assistantships to pursue
doctoral degrees at schools such as the University of Minnesota, Florida State University,
the University of Kentucky, and Texas Tech University. Whether through performing,
teaching or studying, all of our students call upon the exceptional training they
received at Southeastern Louisiana University.
