• Deadline for Full Payment of Fees: Friday, March 15th, 2013.

• Deadline for Substitutions, Name corrections Or Deletions:

4:00p.m., Monday, April 1st, 2013.

PLEASE READ: No student whose name is submitted for Poetry – Prose or Extemporaneous Speaking in a regular category is a native speaker of the language. Native speakers may only participate in Native Speaker competitions or in the Music or Play categories. Also, no student whose name is submitted for regular categories is on a different level than the level of school years learning the language. By submitting this registration form, the school represented, agrees to: Follow all of the rules and regulations governing the festival, to pay the fees for the total number of entries on the registration sheet, to accept the final decisions of the judges, the competition scores, and the award placements.
