The Foreign Language Resource Center
The FLRC is located in D Vickers 211. 
Regular Semester Hours:
Monday -Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Summer Semester Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9:00am to 2:00pm
The center houses a ReLANproteacher control system
that allows teachers to conduct classes using recordings, groupings, and audio or
video output to all student stations simultaneously.
The facility offers:
- 35 student computer stations with Dell computers and flat screen monitors
- Numerous language learning software titles
- Web cams, Color printer, scanners, CD burners
- Space for students to work independently even while classes are in progress
- Satellite TV programs in Spanish, French and Italian plus dozens of Spanish music channels
- Interactive CD-ROMs and listening practice for Spanish, French, Italian & German
- Spanish, French, German, and Italian audio magazines
- Popular French and Spanish magazines
- Student workers to assist as needed
- Growing collection of VHS and DVD movies that can be watched in the center; have a look at our movie databases (last updated on 11/25/12):
