CSD Wins Second Place at Rock 'N Roar

The Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders won second place for the Most Interactive Booth at Rock 'N Roar, on Saturday, March 15th. Rock 'N Roar is part of the activities associated with the annual Literary Rally.
High school students who attended the Literary Rally stopped and interacted with CSD faculty and students at our booth. Some of the activities included: reading sayings written in IPA; having a videootoscopic examination; completing empathy activities simulating visual perceptual difficulties. Graduate students also conducted hearing screenings during the festival.
