We have an excitingly diverse department where you can earn undergraduate degrees in Family and Consumer Sciences, Family and Consumer Sciences Education, and Social Work, and a graduate degree in Counseling!

Counseling
The master’s degree in Counseling allows you the opportunity to select from four program tracks.
• Community Counseling
• Community Counseling-Addiction Counseling Emphasis
• Marriage and Family Counseling
• School Counseling

Family and Consumer Sciences
The degree in FCS allows you to concentrate your studies in one of three areas.
• Family Studies (Child & Adolescent Development, Family Relations, Parenting)
• Fashion Merchandising (Textiles, Fashion Promotion, Clothing Design and Construction)
• Foods and Nutrition (Diet Therapy, Weight Management, Advanced & Child Nutrition)

The degree in FCS Education prepares you for your certification as a secondary teacher.

Social Work
A SW degree includes a variety of options for field-based experiences.
