Dr. Gerard Blanchard was invited to present "Analysis of the Response
Functions Relating the Solar Wind Electric Field to the Magnetospheric
Reconnection Rate" at the Fall 2007 Meeting of the American Geophysical
Union in December 2007. This presentation was also contributed to the Fifth Space Weather Symposium of the American Meteorological Society in January 2008.
