Dr. Voegel and Students present at the Federation of Analytical Chemistry and Spectroscopy Society Meeting in Memphis
Dr. Voegel and three undergraduate students (Raymond R. Risley, Kellie Silcio, and Kristy Ball) attended the FACSS meeting in Memphis Tennessee. Ray presented work entitled “Improved conversion of thiols to disulfides with electrodeposited catalysts.” Kellie’s presentation was entitled, “Assessing the impact of Hurricane Katrina on Nutrients and Algal Growth in Lake Maurepas.” Kristy’s presentation was entitled, “Effect of pH on the Voltammetric Response of Cysteine at Chemically Modified Electrodes.”
