Annual USM/USA Mini-Conference on undergraduate research in the
mathematical sciences

Drs. Allain and Kim and several physics students attended the 16th
Annual USM/USA Mini-Conference on undergraduate research in the
mathematical sciences on April 12 at the University of Southern
Mississippi. Dr. Rhett Allain presented a paper titled: "Numerical
Calculations with VPython". Physics student Richard Williams
presented a paper titled: "Analyzing the Physics of Line Rider".
Physics students John Gaffney and Chris Schneider presented a paper
titled: "Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometery in Analysis of
High Speed Deformation". Physics student Adam Schenk presented a
paper titled: "Analysis of a simple speaker with a band-pass filter".
