Curriculum Committee Meeting Dates (2:00pm)

The College of Education and Human Development Curriculum Committee is composed of the three department heads representing Teaching and Learning; Educational Leadership and Technology; and Counseling and Human Development  The Director of Field Experiences is also an official member of the committee along with faculty and students selected from the three departments in the College of Education and Human Development.

The Committee is the vehicle through which students and faculty can discuss innovations and problems and make proposals for curriculum changes to better prepare elementary and secondary school teachers, and non teaching College of Education and Human Development majors.  Curriculum changes recommended by the Curriculum Committee must be approved by the Council for Teacher Education.

The minutes of The College of Education and Human Development Curriculum Committee are on line.  Minutes from meetings prior to 1996-97 are stored in hard copy form in the Office of the Dean of The College of Education and Human Development.
