Supervisor of Child Welfare and Attendance and/or Visiting Teacher
To add Supervisor of Child Welfare and Attendance and/or Visiting Teacher to a valid Type A, or Level 3 Louisiana certificate, you must have a master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and complete the 15 graduate semester hours of coursework listed below:

If you have completed all 15 semester hours as listed above and wish to receive a formal evaluation for the purpose of obtaining additional certification, you must send your official transcript(s) with a completed Change-of-Action Packet to the Louisiana Department of Education, Division of Teacher Certification and Higher Education.
