Membership Selection:  Each member is selected by a panelist of 3 or more persons experienced in the field of dance.  Each presents her own choreography, as well as, perform a selected dance choreographed by a designated professional.
Qualifications for Membership:  Must demonstrate technical skill, ability to learn quickly, proper execution of movement, and an overall performance of exceptional quality.  Must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA or above.
Description of Organization:  Comprised of a group of women who collectively represent SLU in a two-fold manner.  Recognized as the campus dance team, as well as the official hostesses of SLU.
Dues:  Each member is required to obtain at least two sponsors for the organization, donating funds or services.

Membership Selection:  By  invitation only.
Qualifications for Membership:  A student must have been involved with a campus publication for at least one full year.  Membership is also available for a student who has been a member of the Southeastern Press Club for one year.
Description of Organization:  The SLU Society of Collegiate Journalists is an Honorary Journalism club and was first started on the University campus in the fall semester of 1983.  This organization is the state's oldest Honorary Journalism Society.  Southeastern hosted the 1994 National Convention in April.  Southeastern's chapter was the 1994 recipient of the Edward McDonald Award for the most outstanding chapter.  Southeastern also had a student representative on the National Council of SCJ.
Dues:  $25/Lifetime Fee
